In 2012, London became the first city to host the Olympics four times. Surely many already know that the host for the sport this time, is Japan.

However, many are questioning the sustainability of the sport due to the worldwide spread of Covid-19. Don't worry, Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihide Suga promised today to do whatever it takes to host next year's Tokyo Olympics in collaboration with the International Olympic Committee.

According to the prime minister, he said that the Olympic event will still take place next year.

In addition, he also revealed about his visit to Vietnam and Indonesia scheduled for Sunday, saying that free and open Indo-Pacific is important for stability in the region. For everyone's knowledge, the visit was his first visit abroad as prime minister.
