Amanah Saham Nasional Bhd (ASNB) announced the income distribution for Amanah Saham Bumiputera (ASB) unit funds of 5.0 sen per unit for the financial year ended 30 December 2020.
The ASB income distribution includes 4.25 sen per unit and a favorable distribution of 0.75 sen per unit for the first 30,000 units of unit holders in conjunction with ASB's 30th anniversary.
According to Berita Harian, the total income distribution payment of RM7.6 billion will be enjoyed by 10.2 million unit holders with investments amounting to 173.2 billion units.
According to PNB Group Chairman, Tan Sri Dr Zeti Aziz, ASB income distribution remains competitive despite facing economic challenges due to Covid-19.
The distribution of income and bonuses will be credited to the account holders can check their accounts on 1 January 2021.
This year's income distribution fee is lower than last year's total distribution of 5.50 sen per unit.
