The most awaited day by XRP’s hardcore investors is today ahead of the outcome of a virtual hearing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) scheduled to take place at 8.00pm tonight local time.
The trial will be chaired by Magistrate Sarah Netburn and give permission to the SEC to access several legitimate documents belonging to Ripple detailing previously received legal advice.
The conference is also seen as the best momentum for XRP to rise even higher if the trial is in Ripple’s favor.
Some expert analysts agree that XRP looks to have high potential to test the $ 3 level in 2021.
On the XRP/USDT price movement chart, being able to see the $ 1.25 level is a difficult wall to break before making a rise to reach the latest highs.
If the XRP price movement can break the $ 1.25 price level, the next target is the SBR (support become resistance) zone around the $ 1.35 - $ 1.40 price to test.
For a higher rise, the price will head to the $ 1.97 resistance level and will likely reach the $ 3 price level as expected by most XRP analysts.
However, if the price continues to decline to lower price levels, the RBS (resistance become support) zone around the $ 1 price will be tested and will be the next benchmark for XRP to maintain a bearish trend.
