El Salvador is arguably among the most active entities making Bitcoin (BTC) purchases whenever there is an opportunity, or more precisely whenever there is a price drop.
Recently the country had made a purchase of 410 BTC at a price of around $ 15 million (equivalent to RM62,761,500) at the time of writing the article.
El Salvador's buying activity is often shared by its president, Nayib Bukele via a tweet on Twitter.

Cumulatively, based on the asset purchase record El Salvador now owns at least 1,801 BTC.
Prior to the tweet on January 22, El Salvador was understood to have 1,391 BTC worth around $ 71 million.
