It is understood that this trilogy project has three film series with the premiere of the first series, ‘The Degen Trilogy’ is expected to take place on 20-23 June 2022.

Any BAYC owner can submit their collection for an audition session starting April 13 at 2am Malaysian time to be judged on whether or not they are eligible to star in the film.

If eligible, BAYC owners have the opportunity to receive a licensing charge of $ 10,000 in ApeCoin (APE) or Bitcoin (BTC).

Meanwhile, the owners of the Mutant Ape Yacht Club (MAYC) can send their characters to be tested for talent for the second series of the film.

Unfortunately participation is not open for the Bored Ape Kennel Club (BAKC).

The latest project from Coinbase is seen as a marketing effort of the NFT series itself, besides drawing more attention to the launch of CoinbaseNFT.

For the record, Coinbase was the first entity to take the NFT collection series into a film.

Previously filmmaker Quentin Tarantino has launched 7 NFT based on the 7 iconic scenes of the once popular Pulp Fiction film in the 90s era.
