Twitter 2.0 Will Be Led By A New CEO, Will DOGE Be Recognized?

"Hmmm, if DOGE doesn't come up, I don't know what to say."

The question has been answered when Elon Musk reported that Linda Yaccarino will take over the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Twitter within six weeks while he will act as Chief Technology Officer (CTO).

Through Linda's statement on her Twitter account after her appointment was confirmed, she has the same determination as Musk to create a brighter future and help rebrand the company.

Earlier when Musk acquired Twitter, he not only reduced employees and improved the product but also did a lot to implement Web3 and the crypto ecosystem in the social media platform.

In addition, Musk also acted to change the Twitter logo to the largest memecoin Dogecoin (DOGE) in a few days before changing it back to the original image, therefore many are skeptical whether the digital asset will have a positive impact under Linda's leadership.

According to Linda, he intends to take feedback from the community to develop Twitter 2.0, where the goal is in line with Musk's initial vision of integrating payment services into Twitter's main product.

If the payment plan is successful, DOGE including other cryptos may see encouraging performance plus Linda follows the memecoin account and Shiba Inu (SHIB) but there is still no confirmation whether she is pro-crypto .

As of this writing, DOGE price has jumped by 1.28% at $0.07305 in the last 24 hours with a market cap of $10 billion while SHIB has gained around 1.24% at $0.000008881 but still recorded a 0.68% decline over the last week.
