Today, the Irish Foreign Minister has issued a statement on the heated issue between the UK and the European Union.

The Brexit issue continues to haunt the market after the UK government won Parliament's first vote on the Internal Market bill to change the Brexit agreement with the European Union (EU).

This has prompted EU warnings to Prime Minister Boris Johnson to postpone the decision to allow the UK to manage the euro exchange and halt trade negotiations.

The UK Internal Market Bill would unanimously empower the UK to change some rules on customs and post-Brexit trade in Northern Ireland.

According to the Irish Foreign Minister today, any final trade agreement between the European Union and the UK will only be ratified if EU member states are confident that the Brexit agreement will be fully implemented.

Convey also expressed frustration by questioning why the European Union ratified the new agreement with a country that threatened to violate an agreement that had not even reached 1 year.

The issue of trade between the European Union and the UK is still a matter of conversation and market focus.
