Versatile trading on Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd remains suspended until further notice even though the company has released its outstanding annual report which includes the annual audited financial statements (AFS) together with the auditors and directors' reports for the 18 months ended 30 June 2021 on 6 January.
According to Bursa's filing, following Serba Dinamik's action of not following instructions on the announcement of the special independent review facts update (SIR), it remained suspended from trading.
For the record, Serba Dinamik has to issue its annual report once with AFS, the report of the auditors and auditors on 6 January after it passed the first deadline on 30 November 2021.
His application and appeal to postpone the deadline were rejected by Bursa Malaysia.
Meanwhile, the Serba Dinamik status was downgraded to PN17 after its external auditors denied an opinion on its audit financial statements for the 18 -month period ended 30 June 2021.
In addition, important Serba Dinamik people have been indicted on charges of falsifying financial statements to Bursa.
